We have made it our mission to shine a brighter light on this luxurious spice and to serve high quality, saffron-infused drinks, syrups, and snacks.

About Saffron
Saffron is a spice which offers a pungent aroma and a complex, earthy flavor. This bright red stigma of the Crocus flower is globally known as one the most expensive spice due to its high demand and the labor-intensive work required to obtain it. Each Saffron strand is plucked by hand, where an estimate of 150 Crocus flowers are required to produce only 1 gram of Saffron.
Historically, Saffron has been used for fragrance, medicine or dyeing purposes, however, many currently use this salubrious spice to elevate cuisines and to introduce an aromatic aspect to any dish. Although found in a few Spanish and Italian dishes, Saffron is heavily used in Iranian cuisine, where 90% of the world’s Saffron is produced. The earthy flavor of Saffron goes perfectly with seafood, savory sauces and rice dishes.
Alongside providing a unique aroma, Saffron has been known for its various health benefits. From strengthening the immune system and increasing cardiovascular health to enhancing skin and improving memory, this Red Gold has been used as a remedy for millennia. In addition, Saffron is a powerful antioxidant and has been known for its ability to boost vitality and happiness.
